My research investigates the processes that generate submarine geohazards in volcanic and tectonic environments, with a focus on explosive eruptions, mass-wasting events, and associated tsunami risks. I integrate multiscale geophysical imaging, core-log-seismic integration, and geochemical analysis to reconstruct eruptive dynamics and assess hazard potential in regions where direct observations are limited but societal relevance is high.
